If our candidate is terminated from your organization within the first 100 calendar days, we will
refund your company 100% less one percent per day the individual is on the job. For example, after
30 days, the refund would equal 70% of the fee, after 50 days the refund would equal 50% of the fee.
This time period spans from the first day of employment through and including the last day of employment.

The guarantee is a written agreement between the new employee and your company. This guarantees the
applicants continuous service to your company for a minimum period of six months. Also, the employee
agrees in writing to reimburse your company a prorated amount of the fee if the individual voluntarily
severs employment within the first six months from starting the position.
