Mike Blogna, our President, worked for large agencies in the recruitment industry for the better part of a decade before founding Career Building Solutions in 2005. During that time, he saw an opportunity to better serve his clients by creating a more seamless hiring process, from both the client and candidate side. Over the years he fortified himself into the manufacturing and automotive industries building lifelong relationships and filling countless job openings. In early 2018, Mike became hyper focused on growing the business, by hiring business and marketing consultants our company has built a strong foundational strategy to provide our customer's an unforgettable experience.

Mike Blogna
President
Mike Blogna began his recruiting career in 1998 and quickly learned that his natural ability to network and strong passion to help people would serve him well in the recruiting industry. He has served as President of Career Building Solutions, Inc. since it’s inception in 2005. Outside leading the efforts of CBS, he manages a youth and middle school wrestling club (Firebirds Wrestling), manages UFC Women’s Flyweight Jessica Eye and is also involved in managing several other start-ups. When out of the office, Mike is likely spending time vacationing in one of his favorite spots, boating, or clothes shopping with his wife or one of his three children.
